A nationwide campaign invites Rwandans aged 18–30 to apply online in one of
five disciplines with a portfolio and a cultural concept.
Technical Screening and Selection of Top 100
A nationwide campaign invites Rwandans aged 18–30 to apply online in one of
five disciplines with a portfolio and a cultural concept.
First Pitch and Selection of Top 50
Shortlisted artists perform, screen or exhibit in Kigali. Fifty finalists are
selected ten per discipline.
Three-Month Creative Incubation Programme
Monthly two-day workshops, joint learning sessions, category-specific
mentorship and continuous project development.
Final Showcase, Jury Assessment and Award Ceremony
Finalists present completed Cultural Innovation Projects. The top three per
discipline are awarded at the Grand Finale.
